VIDEO PREMIERE: DIE YOUNG BY THE COLA HEADS

One of Toronto's best bands going right now, The Cola Heads, just released their brand new video off their brand new 7'' 'Die Young'. Directed by Alison Honey Woods, this video is just a taste of what the Cola Heads are all about; partying, broken hearts and telling people to fuck off. With Julian Swift on lead vocals/guitar and prominent song writer, Curtis Faux on bass/backing vocals, Liam Jaeger on drums and Jacquie Neville on guitar/backing vocals, all the tunes from the 7'' are quick and killer melodic punk rock tunes with hints of 50's pop chord progressions. Not only are these guys my good friends, so I'm supportive no matter what, but it's definitely incredible when you find yourself listening to a friend's record on a loop. What's even more incredible about The Cola Heads was that lead singer/song-writer Julian Swift started this band in 1997 and the first record was released in 1998. Fourteen years later, they decided to re-record the tunes and bring the band back in 2012. The tunes are totally timeless. 'Die Young', released in December of 2015, consists of new original songs but are dripping with that feeling of being a teenager all over again. I strongly suggest you support this band; buy their records, go to their shows... you'll be a fellow Cola Head in no time. Here's the video premiere of Die Young by The Cola Heads from their recently released 7'' 'Die Young'!
